- 1997-2001; 2006-2007 member of "The Committee of Child Protection" Sibiu
- executive director of the Association "St. Nicolas" Sibiu
- has co-ordinated the following projects:
1) "Centre of Child and Family Assistance"
2)"Centre for Assistance Services and Care for old people, who are not able to leave their homes."
All this was done in collaboration with "The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection" Bucharest,
with "The Central Board of Labor, Social Solidarity and Family" Sibiu and "The Central Board of Social Assistance and Child Protection" Sibiu.
